1983 Kawasaki KZ-750 LTD project bike

Bike has 22,500 miles on it, bought a couple of years ago to fix up but have no time for it. Bike will start and idle but bogs down when you give it throttle unless the choke is on. Went through the carbs last winter and replaced the plugs and wires. Tires are dry rotted but hold air, they will need to be replaced if you plan on riding it. Has a new windshield that goes with it.
