A fixed male has been hanging around my back yard for 3 weeks on 4th st ne Mandan ,I have seen him on my camera in the evenings, he comes when it gets dark and stays before it gets light . I thought it was a feral cat because we have a lot in the neighborhood ,I decided to catch him and brought him to the vet to see if he has a chip. I have him in a room i can keep him there for a week in case his owner is found. There is a dog in the house so I cant keep him any longer than a week. He is no feral cat and he has scratches like he has been in fights. He loves cuddling and being with people and doesnt even care to go back outside so he is missing his owner.
