The cup holder mounts to any upright bar on wheelchair with a compression fitting so no holes drilled etc. and the holder adjusts to size of cup or glass with a shelf below and it folds up flat if desired. Bag hangs on wheelchair armrest or any horizontal bar. Bag is heavy duty with three compartments and large zippered area. These run $45 new but are almost always sold out. Asking $15 for everything.
