This is a very nice used set. I just set it up to make sure its all there and it works. I tested the track, sounds, controls, everything works good except I didnt check for puffing smoke. I didnt see any smoke fluid and it stinks up the house so I didnt look for any. If you want a nice set without breaking the bank, this would be nice one to set up around the tree or whatever. The picture shows only two straight pieces of fastrack. There are 4 straight and 8 curved included. Everything is there except the smoke fluid and owners manual. You can download the manual online at Lionel. Its like 23 pages so I didnt include it. I think the train may have to go around the track counte-clockwise to work properly. I have had trouble with other trains not working unless they are on the track in the correct direction. Three AAA batteries are in the box too.
