Burnout Contest Drivers Wanted for Aug. 2

Dacotah Speedway is looking for drivers to enter a Burnout Contest to be held on Friday, Aug 2, 2024 during intermission. We have installed a 10' X 10' concrete pad and you will have one minute to entertain the racing crowd, as they will determine the winner based on fan applause. This contest will have a payout of $100 for 1st, $75 for 2nd, and $50 for 3rd. but you will have to buy a $30 pit pass for each person in the pits so that you are covered with our track insurance. RULES: Right now its only rear wheel drive vehicles and its run what you brung. Line locks are encouraged but you can back off your rear brakes and still run as we will give you a chain to hold down the rear end.. You must wear a helmet and seatbelts.
