Couch and matching love seat. Remodeling basement and would like gone ASAP! Willing to take any reasonable offer. Would be great for students just starting out. These are very good shape with no sagging of the cushions or breakdown. They were rarely sat on. Double manual reclining seats in couch. Right side does have a loose handle but does not affect the functioning at all. Cat friendly house but kept in a floor of the house that the cat never visited- was not once seen in these pieces of furniture. Couch is very heavy and would need consider help lifting- at least two-three heavy lifters.
