I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Verge (right next to the alerus center). It's a 2bed / 2bath apartment.

Price: $630/month

Utilities: Electric runs about 25-35/month

Everything else is paid

Furnished apartment with in unit washer-dryer.

On-site gym, pool, parking, clubhouse and mailroom.

Roommate: He is a 4th year aviation student at UND. Super friendly and quiet.

I just moved out as I found a job out of state and am willing to cover your first months rent and utilities.
