Everything works excellent on this mower! Only reason that I am getting rid of it is that I dont get to use it as often as I thought and it is an expensive lawn ornament to me. What sold me on it, is the fact that it is zero maintenance in regards to no greasing or no oil changes needed! Also super surprised at the power it has in thick grass, as there is no pulling down of the motors or anything like a gas powered mower. When the mower needs to be charged, just plug in an extension cord as this lawnmower has an onboard charger so you dont have to worry about having an extra charger in your garage. John Deere rates this mower to cut 2 acres on a full charge and I would say that it absolutely does that! In terms of usage hours, I would say that it functions on a charge for 7 to 8 hours depending on what kind of grass you are cutting. Being a 2024 model, this mower came from factory with three year warranty! In addition to the 3 year warranty, I purchased an extended 2 years. I confirmed with my dealership that this follows the mower. It is completely silent, and the only noise coming from the mower is the sound of the blades when cutting the lawn!
