2019 20th Anniversary Ice Castle

Ordered new in 2019 and has only been on the ice once and a handful of times camping. Spec sheet for 2023 attached with modifications listed below:

-Spear hole in front of slide

-Livewell/baitwell built into right side cabinets

-Ceiling fan in kitchen

-Queen bed so no wrap around cabinets

-110V/propane fridge

-Black appliances

-15 gallon fresh water tank

-30 gallon black water tank

-Powder coated frame

-New tires just installed

-New NAPA deep cell batteries just installed

Its been a great camper/fish house but I just dont use it enough and am looking to get something smaller. It has a hail damage claim from August of 2020. The roof was dinged up but nothing broke or leaks so it was not repaired.
