Dropping price to $4000 to see if this prompts any watchers into buyers. Man, I'm tired of no-show excuse makers and lowball offers. If you don't have the cash in hand, don't waste my time. Please understand that I am 5500 into this, so a lowball offer is going to be ignored.
This has a title that was previously salvaged. While I call it clear (has a title, says previously) I call it clean- the blazer had to go through inspection to be titled again. My apologies to the gentleman who came to look it over yesterday and called it a salvaged title. Paint is a bed-liner that has been rolled on. Very durable but won't win any awards. It's a runner, not a show winner. There has been some body work done- but as another looker pointed out, it's got great bones. If your intention is to buy it and flip it for a quick profit, that isn't going to happen. This is an end-user vehicle. The heater box and heater core have been cleaned and replaced, but the controls aren't hooked up (yet). The paint and body work are identifiable when zooming in on the pictures.
Blazer- 1987, new 350 (TBI) and TH350/FT transfer case with lockouts. Dana 44 front, new bushings up front, 12 bolt rear. Was previously lifted and drove much like a brick. Now it handles like a normal squarebody. Seats are in in, dash has cracks. Removed the carpet (mousy) as well as the heater box for the same reason. Retained the heater box and have a new heater core.
Sits on new 12.5-33x15 tires and aluminum rims. I have been using it as a daily driver with no problems.
What could use some love- interior carpet has been removed, and there is some rust to deal with. Overall a better than average blazer that just needs a bit more love to bring it to the next level. I was hoping to turn it into a hunting rig, but don't have the storage for it at my hunting unit.
So- if you are looking for a father/child project and are reasonably handy this is a great contender!
No, I won't take all kinds of impossible pictures. Make the hour drive from Bismarck, 1.5hr from Minot and look at it. The pictures that are posted are all that will be available.
Don't waste my time with a lowball offer. Additionally, if you don't have the cash in hand when making an offer, resist doing so.
Trades- I would be interested in a crew cab, LS powered hunting rig with less than 125,000 miles. I would expect it to be much the same as this. Body isn't really important, but being able to hop in and make a 150 mile round trip is.
Partial trades for 2A items- buyer would have to throw some cash in as well. I am not interested in $200 hi-points or AR's. Quality bolt rifles, lever rifles will grab my attention.
This Blazer would make an excellent ranch rig, bomb around or even a mud runner.
Thanks for looking- text or call is preferred to a message.
