We are bringing on additional equipment and as a result, we are seeking qualified Class A CDL drivers. We need to fill 2 open positions. Applicants MUST be willing to work nights. We strive for long-term retention.

Driving Experience is mandatory and oil field experience is preferred. The people that will fill these positions must be positive, team players, professional, honest, work well with others, clean driving record, pass pre-employment and ongoing drug screening and have a passion for what they do. We are selective with our staff as we have high standards with safety and performance.
Job Description:
We need to fill 2 full time positions for dedicated production routes in the New Town/Ray area. Our company also provides frac support, flowback, rig service and winch truck services. This is a full-time positions and starts immediately. We seek long-term staff, not someone who jumps around. We will train new staff to haul water and run winch trucks. If you are new to the oil industry we prefer people with a farming background, ran roll-offs, or other services that can somehow translate into the oil field. There is room for advancement with this company.
Wage/Benefits/Bonuses:
Pay is weekly. Expected monthly income: $7500.00 to $12,500.00/ Mo (GROSS). We have great benefits. We offer 100% covered health insurance for the staff and partial for the family. There are multiple plans to choose from. We also offer dental and Aflac. Further details can be provided upon request. We also have retention incentives; for every 6 months worked we give a $500 bonus as long as you are employed.
Schedule:
We have flexible schedules that can be altered to accommodate the staffs needs within reason. It is important to discuss schedule expectations upon interviewing so both parties have a clear understanding.
Uniforms/Company Vehicles:
We provide uniforms for our staff. Company vehicles are available for business-related tasks. MUST have your own vehicle to get to and from housing to truck lot.
Housing:
Company housing is provided for our staff at no additional charge. We do not house families. Our housing is accommodating with full amenities including; washer, dryer, cable TV, internet, full kitchen, and its onsite.
All staff will be subject to pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.'
