Shape - scalloped edges with lattice edging

Condition - Good (chip on the backside edge - not visible from the front) and another chip on the wall hanging knob (still intact)

Doesn't appear to have any stains, cracks, or glazing.

Colors - dark blue to navy plant/flowers against a whitish-gray background.
