1. Clean surface and allow to dry.

2. Immerse the desired length of the border in water for 30 seconds.

3. Remove from water carefully and fold onto itself, paste side to paste side.

4. Leave for about 2 minutes before applying to the wall.

*If applying over wallcovering, use vinyl to vinyl adhesive.
