Seasonal Reclamation II

Job Description:

Perform a variety of tasks associated with the final reclamation of post- mined land as well as special projects throughout the mine.

Essential Duties:

Operate and maintain a variety of agriculture equipment such as loaders, tractors, chisel plow, disk, mulcher, rock picker, etc.

Conduct a pre-operational safety check (walk around) of equipment.

Coordinate with other equipment in work areas.

Mow ditches and other required areas throughout the mine site.

Construction, maintenance and removal of agricultural fences.

Perform job duties in accordance with MSHA law and regulations, established company safety procedures and state and federal environmental regulations.

Other Duties:

Service equipment and perform routine repairs.

Support other departments.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must be knowledgeable concerning ground conditions.

Good understanding of agriculture equipment and practices.

Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions.

Education, Training and Experience:

High School Diploma.

Agricultural background is a plus.
